As well as producing 50 000 pounds of asparagus yearly, Les Cultures de chez nous ensures the marketing and packaging for close to a dozen asparagus growers in the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec region. We market 450 000 pounds of asparagus each year, consequently making us the biggest asparagus supplier in the province of Québec.

Our asparagus is available in the following packages and sizes :

	No. 1, in 20 lb. containers (9.07 kg). This is the category usually found in supermarkets;
	No. 2 (half-open tips);
	Small (5 mm to 10 mm diameter);
	Tips (15 cm length).
